Information for alumni musicians who will participate in the Tchaikovsky’s Symphony Number 4.

Rehearsals at Centennial Concert Hall (participation in both rehearsals is mandatory):

• 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm October 23rd
• 10:00 am to 12:30 pm October 24th

Concert

• 7:00 to 9:00 pm
• Concert dress is all black (alumni & WYSO)

Call Times, Locations, etc.

October 23rd

• 5:30 – 5:45pm WYSO arrives at MCCC (Concert Hall) and proceeds to 3rd floor choir room1
• 6 – 6:45pm  WYSO rehearses on stage (Balfour first)
• 6:30 – 6:45pm  WSO and Alumni arrive – WSO puts cases backstage, Alumni puts cases in RR1
• 7 – 9:30pm  WYSO/WSO/Alumni rehearse Tchaikovsky on stage

October 24th

• 9:30 – 9:45am WYSO, WSO and Alumni arrive at MCCC (Concert Hall)
• 10am – 12:30pm WYSO/WSO/Alumni rehearse Tchaikovsky on stage
• 6:30pm WYSO/WSO/Alumni arrive and go to their spaces
