Welcome to registration for the WYO Adjudicated Scholarship Competition.
Competition dates:
The 2023-24 season Winnipeg Youth Orchestras Adjudicated Scholarships Competition will take place on December 1st (5:00 to 9:00 pm) and December 2nd (9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
Registration and Payment Deadline: end of day, Monday, November 6th, 2023.
Please review the competition regulations before registering.
To fill out this registration, you will need to know:
What division you are entering (Junior, Intermediate, or Senior)
Your music selection(s): name, composer, length, grade level, and page number in syllabus (see regulations for more detail).
Registration includes a $40 fee. In the registration form you will indicate your payment method (Payment deadline is the same date as the registration deadline).
Options for payment method are:
E-transfer: Send to wyo-adm@winnipegyouthorchestras.ca. – Indicate in message field: “Scholarship Competition fee – musician’s name”. Set answer to security question: “Mozart”
Cheques: Payable to “Winnipeg Youth Orchestras Inc.” Address – WYO Scholarship Committee, PO Box 273, Winnipeg, R3C 2G9
E-transfer is preferred.

Participants receive their awards at the end of the WYO season, typically in a presentation during the Sounds of Spring concert in April.
