I declare that the information I have provided here in my registration is correct and I promise to be worthy of my Orchestra and Conductor. I will be punctual and will come prepared to all rehearsals and concerts. In addition, I will respect all personal and public property at any rehearsal or concert that I attend. My membership in the WYO program is dependent upon regular attendance at rehearsals and taking private music lessons.

Privacy Policy

The WYO does not sell, lease or otherwise distribute its membership information to third parties. However, we do publish the names of our musicians in, but not limited to, the concert programs, the WYO website and any WYO social media platforms. Any photographs, video clips or recordings taken of WYO musicians while engaged in WYO activities may be used for the purpose of promoting the program including, but not limited to, the WYO website, any WYO social media platforms and WYO promotional materials.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are essential to facilitate our orchestras' operations. We kindly ask each family registering a musician to commit to at least one volunteer position/activity during the year per musician they are registering.
Type of volunteer help
Please consider what type of volunteer help you can provide. This gives the organization some idea of what types of help each family can provide. You may change your mind once you are more familiar with the organization and that is fine. Volunteer Activities: Committee Work, String Camp Chaperone, Bus Tour Chaperone, Parent Liaison, Scholarship Competition, General Volunteer, Ushers, Backstage Chaperones, Stage Door Attendants, Tuners, Clean Up.
